CA Surya Chandra Rao Y is the Co Founder of the Firm and a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having experience in Direct Taxation, Accounting and Assurance Services for the past 38 Years. He was in the Managing Committee of SICASA Hyderabad as Articled Trainee and also a Member of the Managing Committee of the ICAI Visakhapatnam Branch in addition to Visakha Tax Bar Association. He has also acted as a Nominated Member to Various Committees of ICAI at Regional Council and Central Council Levels. He has also acted as Nominee Director & Professional Independent Director to various companies. Has appeared before various Appellate Forums in connection with Direct Tax matters. He was a Guest faculty in various prestigious Educational Institutions in Visakhapatnam. He has addressed various seminars conducted by ICAI and Trade Associations in respect of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Other Matters.

CA Manoj Kumar K is the Co - Founder of the Firm and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having experience in Company law, Direct & Indirect Taxation and Assurance Services for the past 29 Years. He is also a Law graduate and has the qualification of DISA issued by ICAI. He is an expert in Company Law, Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), and regulatory requirements. He has vast experience in conducting Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Concurrent Audits, Revenue and Stock Audits of various Corporate Entities, Nationalized Banks and NBFC’s. He has been involved in Providing services to clients especially related to the Project Finance and other related services. He has addressed various seminars conducted by Trade associations and professional bodies. Also have hands on experience in Implementation of effective internal controls for various organizations.

CA Venkateswarlu T is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2003 and has joined the Firm in 2005 and has an experience in Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation and Audit Services for the past 18 Years. He is also a topper of Andhra University at Graduate Level and has the qualification of DISA issued by ICAI. He has also qualified the Certification courses on Indirect taxes and Ind AS conducted by ICAI. He is an expert in Internal Audit, Taxation and regulatory requirements. He has been involved in providing services to clients especially related to the Risk Management. He has acted as Master Trainer for Tax Return Preparers (TRP) at Visakhapatnam an initiative taken up by the Government of India to train people to provide services relating to Income Tax filings.He has addressed various seminars conducted by Trade associations and professional bodies.

CA Kumar is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2010 and has joined the firm in 2013 and has an experience in Direct Taxation, and Audit Services for the past 10 Years. He is an expert in providing Direct Tax Advisory Services especially related to Tax Planning to Individuals, Non-Resident, Corporate Clients, Charitable, Religious and Non-Profit Organizations. He has vast experience in Audit of Financial markets, Statutory Audit of Nationalised banks & Public Sector Undertakings and Internal audits in listed companies and Government agencies. He has appeared before various tax authorities in connection with client matters. He is currently pursuing Post Qualification Courses like Diploma in Information and Systems Audit and Diploma in International Taxation from ICAI

CA Anjani Kumar P is a Young Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4 Years of Post Qualification Experience. He joined the Firm in the year 2019.He has experience in Preparation of Financial Statements, Filing of Tax Returns and Management Advisory Services to various Corporate and Non Corporate Clients. He is also engaged in Statutory Branch Audits of Nationalised Banks and Concurrent Audits of Public Sector Undertakings. He is currently pursuing Post Qualification Courses like Diploma in International Taxation and Concurrent Audit from ICAI

CA Karthik Y is a Young Qualified Chartered Accountant having wide knowledge in the field of Audit & Taxation Services. He has been rendering Consultancy Services in the areas of Direct & Indirect Taxation from the past 3 Years. Has good experience in conducting Stock Audits, Verification Audits, Statutory Audits & Internal Audits across Diverse Verticals. He is currently pursuing Company Secretary from ICSI along with Post Qualification Courses like Diploma in Information & Systems Audit and GST Certification from ICAI.
